| Q: How quickly can you complete the purchase of my property for cash? |
| A: Buyers can exchange contracts within 7 days and have completed many cash sales within just 14 days. but usually the whole process takes 3-4 weeks. |

| Q: Do I have to get a Home Information Pack (HIP)? |
| A: No a home information pack will not be necessary, because you are selling to a private buyer. |

| Q. What types of property do you buy? |
A: We buy all types of residential properties leasehold and commercial freehold, vacant and tenanted throughout England. |

| Q: My property is in poor condition? |
| A: We frequently buy properties which require updating and are in need of general refurbishment. |

| Q: What will the service cost? |
A: Nothing. There are no estate agents fees and no survey fees. It is esentially a private sale. Regardless of if you are currently working with an estate agent, you still have the right to sell your property privately. If you do this, you will also save 2-3% on agency fees. |

| Q: Will I still require a Solicitor? |
A: Yes, but fortunately we can arrange this for you if you wish. Alternatively, you can use your current Solicitor. Our associates will pay your solicitor fees up to £500. |

| Q: How much will you offer for my property? |
A: In general we offer a trade price of between 70% - 80% of the full market value of your property in it's current condition. |
